BN666 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the BN666 platform, operated under the domain bn666.cam ("BN666", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the website, creating a player account or placing any wager or casino bet through the platform, you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside the BN666 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and BN666. In the event of conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the BN666 platform and must not create or maintain a player account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — the BN666 website, mobile-optimised site and any associated services accessible via bn666.cam.
• "Account" — the individual registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any sports betting selection or casino game stake placed using Account funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bet allocations or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account under a specific promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" — deposits made in PKR or cryptocurrency that have been credited to an Account as withdrawable balance, excluding Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including document submission and liveness checks.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary process by which a player requests that their Account be restricted or closed for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it converts to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or the operator's licensing conditions.

To register and maintain an Account on the BN666 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's applicable license conditions. BN666 operates a strict adults-only policy. Age verification is enforced as part of the KYC process.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems and proxy registrations are not permitted to hold Accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of or currently located in a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of any person employed by BN666 or its affiliated entities.
5. You must not already hold another active Account on the BN666 platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

BN666 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified.

When registering an Account on BN666, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number and country of residence. You must notify BN666 promptly of any changes to your registered information.

You must not: use a false name or identity; provide false, misleading or inaccurate information at any stage of registration or during ongoing account maintenance; register on behalf of another person; or use another person's identity documents during the KYC process.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. BN666 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password not shared with any other service. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. BN666 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify BN666 support immediately at [email protected].

BN666 is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") checks in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and the terms of its operating license. Completion of KYC is mandatory before withdrawal requests can be processed and may be required before certain account features are activated.

Documents that may be requested include:

• A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or current passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement, typically dated within three months), where required
• A selfie or liveness-check photograph for identity matching purposes
• Source-of-funds documentation for accounts exceeding defined transaction thresholds

BN666 will never ask for your full banking password, card PIN or online banking credentials during the KYC process. If you receive any communication purporting to be from BN666 requesting such information, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.

BN666 accepts deposits via payment methods listed in the platform's current Cashier section. Familiar payment references for Pakistani users include bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet services including Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Raast instant payments. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC and USDT (TRC-20) are also accepted where available.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation. Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and any applicable processing fees are published within the Cashier section of your Account and are subject to change.

BN666 does not accept deposits intended for purposes other than genuine personal gambling entertainment. Deposits that appear structured to avoid reporting thresholds or that are associated with suspicious financial activity may trigger AML reviews and Account restriction.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after KYC verification has been completed in full. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. BN666 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above defined thresholds.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Typical processing windows are documented within your Account dashboard and are subject to change. BN666 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions or technical disruptions outside our control.

Any active Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited. Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are not conditional on wagering bonus balances unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise.

BN666 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation in cases where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, match manipulation or other prohibited conduct is suspected.

BN666 may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cricket-specific weekend offers, cashback deals and VIP loyalty rewards from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all BN666 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully registered, verified adult players only.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not meeting this requirement within the validity window will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, exploits, or in breach of these Terms will be voided and any associated winnings confiscated.
• BN666 reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible game contributions, maximum bet restrictions during bonus wagering, and any other conditions are set out in the individual promotion terms.

Promotional amounts stated on the BN666 website, including references such as "up to PKR 25,000", "up to PKR 10,000" and similar PKR figures, represent the maximum potential award under those promotional structures and are not guaranteed regardless of deposit size. Individual entitlements depend on deposit amount, opt-in timing, promotional availability and other conditions.

All sports betting and casino game activity on BN666 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each market and game type, as published within the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each sport, market or game before placing a wager.

Sports Betting: Odds are presented in decimal format and are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. BN666 operates pre-match and in-play (live) markets for cricket — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral T20 and ODI series — as well as football, tennis, UFC, basketball, esports and other sports categories. Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds may be voided.

Casino & Live Games: Casino games, including slots, live dealer tables and live game shows, are operated under the rules set by the respective game providers. RTP (Return to Player) percentages, where displayed, are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

Bet Cancellations: Once confirmed, bets are binding and cannot be cancelled by the player except in circumstances specifically allowed under the rules of the relevant market. BN666 reserves the right to void bets in cases of system errors, data feed failures, event cancellations or circumstances that render the determination of results impossible or unreliable.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming activity. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and within your Account settings.

BN666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling must remain an entertainment activity conducted within personal financial means. It is not a method of generating income, addressing debt or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits may be set or reduced at any time from Account settings. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are prepared to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Time reminders and session duration limits help players monitor and control the time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players wishing to exclude themselves from the platform for a defined or indefinite period may request self-exclusion through Account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, marketing communications will be suspended.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BN666 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registration using false identity information or another person's identification documents
• Operating multiple Accounts (multi-accounting), whether in one's own name or through third parties
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other users to fulfil bonus conditions
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other form of sports manipulation
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Introducing automated systems, bots or scripts to interact with the platform without explicit written consent from BN666
• Harassing, threatening or abusing BN666 staff or other users
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gambling controls, self-exclusion restrictions or Account limits

BN666 cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement and regulatory bodies and will provide information regarding suspected illegal activity as required by applicable law.

BN666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is ongoing, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct described in Clause 11.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, BN666 will endeavour to communicate the status of the review to the Account holder within a reasonable time. Funds held in a suspended Account will be retained until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach of Terms, available Real Money Funds will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method.

Voluntary Account Closure: Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus Funds subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accounts that have been permanently closed for breach of Terms are not eligible for re-registration. Attempting to register a new Account following permanent closure constitutes a further breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BN666 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform, whether arising from game outcomes, technical interruptions or errors in odds display
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's Account where such access results from the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data or reputational damage
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party technical failures, internet connectivity issues or events beyond BN666's reasonable control (force majeure)
• Any loss arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits BN666's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where BN666's liability is found to exist, it shall be limited to the value of Real Money Funds held in the affected Account at the time the liability arose.

All content on the BN666 platform, including but not limited to the BN666 logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images and game interfaces, is owned by or licensed to BN666 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of BN666.

The collection, use, storage and processing of your personal data by BN666 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By creating an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

BN666 collects personal data including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information and gaming activity records as necessary for the operation of the platform, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention and the provision of responsible gambling tools. BN666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the BN666 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BN666 holds its operating license. In the event of any dispute arising between you and BN666, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, it may be referred to the dispute resolution procedures specified under the operator's applicable license. Players in Pakistan should note that Pakistani courts may or may not have jurisdiction over online gambling disputes depending on applicable law; this is not legal advice and you should seek independent legal guidance if required.

Nothing in this clause limits BN666's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in cases involving breach of intellectual property rights, fraud or Account security.
